Refund policy

Novità Boutique Return Policy:

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase/delivery date to be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
• Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Merchandise returned without original tags/labels attached may not qualify for store credit. 
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original or gift receipt.
• Final sale items include: accessories, bodysuits, candles masks and sale items. 

Of course my hope is that you always love your Novità pieces but I understand that your mind might change.

That being said, I ask that you please be mindful of our return policy when you are making a purchase in store or online. Every sale makes an impact for us as we are a small business that relies on your support. I appreciate your understanding.
